Looking great Bam. I'm interested in the air filter enclosure you made. Any chance you could post more photos and details about it? I'm building a similar project, a '57 p/u with LT1 power and the air filter is nearly in the same position as your LS engine. It's All Good

Thanks man and yes the portable shed is great for painting but even better for getting out of the sun while working on the truck.
Yeah it sucked having to repaint but I looked at it as now I can do a even better job.lol
I did not make that air filter enclosure I bought it at Summit Racing. Its a Spectre 9831 Inline Air Box. Here is a link to it https://www.summitracing.com/parts/s...xoCDsoQAvD_BwEMy Chevy Truck Project

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
Luck occurs when preparation and opportunity converge.

Lookin' really good, BAM! You've done a ton of top drawer work on this truck and you should be proud of the results!Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

Coming along real nice! It is going to be a very clean looking truck. That's a lot of work going into the bed. Interesting solution for your gas filler too. I like your thing of doing black primer and then gray, good idea.

Finally got the bed painted
I also decided to make a center console. I will have it upholstered to match the seat.
