I spent along time researching jag rear conversions and made a plan. I used a bunch of tube I had left over from a roll cage I built for my wifes jeep. cut a flat plate to mount on the mounting surface on top of the jag diff, than made a couple mounts from some dom I hade that jeep poly urethane spring bushing fit in for the actual mounts

I fabbed up some motor mounts and set a scrap engine and trany in place for mock up. cut the lower firewall out so I could set the eng back a couple inches to give me room for rad and fan.

Sorry I'm a bit late.. Good to see you here and thanks for all the pics with explanations. Glad you didn't go the S10 route, I don't agree that it is always a better deal.

nope I seen no reason for it the stock suspension for the most part is well laid out, just needs little updating and fix the one major fault ie,shock mounting lol not really sure what the engineers were thinking there. oh well.

well nothing new on the car spent last few days at the Hospitol with my wife who is battling cancer. she was having a hard time breathing because found out she had water build up around her lungs. shes home now and just been trying to keep her comfortable. hoping I can get back out in the garage later this week. I did order a rebuild kit for the 5.9 and do some more research
Thank you Roger. .
