I'm glad to hear you didn't need glue to help hold the plywood down. Like you, everything is screwed or bolted together. No rivets.
Mahogany with polyurethane is how I"m planning to do the wood.
I've dealt with McMaster-Carr before. Good company to deal with.
Sorry to hear you're in the hospital. Hope you're feeling better soon.In the immortal words of Socrates..."I drank what?"

Here's to a quick convalescence..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

Yeah, hope and prayers to you Rich that they don't accidentally remove too many inches from your roof line while you are laid up in bed. Take care and all the best from me mate.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Well I made it home after week in the hospital, will take a couple weeks to get my endurance back.
Most problems are related to my COPD which has me on oxygen 24/7, and restricts my time in the
shop to 2-3 hrs a day. This is why I have been so slow to get things done on the car. I'm stubborn
though, and have some good friends helping when needed. Of course I still want to do it myself! LOL
Thank's again for the encouragement, Richhttp://www.clubhotrod.com/hot-rod-bu...del-coupe.html

sucks dont it . i'm down a lobe and it has made life hell. push too hard and pay for it and repeat. hard to accept the limitations . looking forward to winter. i deal with cold better than heat now. pace yourself and onward through the fog .

shine: Yes it sucks, and I also deal better with winter. I'm in a medical review program now for a
lung reduction study, we'll see. I try to stay as active as possible!
Thank's Guy's!

Rich, I'm sure it's bugging you a lot not to be out doing what you do but at least you're still here to be able to do some! Take care and don't over do it!Ryan

Glad to see you're back at home. I too share that trouble. Just got to set a pace and not push it. Take care of yourself first - the coupe will be there when you're ready to get back to it... (us too!) 8-)
Yep. And I seem to move 1 thing and it displaces something else with 1/2 of that landing on the workbench and then I forgot where I was going with this other thing and I'll see something else that...
