Thanks, it's been challenging. The part going over the rear is tricky too, it's definitely meant to have a single exit.

Nice work on the exhaust and the welding.
I've had to do 3 exhaust systems with both pipes and mufflers running down the passenger side. I did one on a truck that I was doing a frame off on (like you're doing) it wasn't too bad, the other 2 were done with the trucks on stands and me on a creeper.....not a real fun job.
Your's came out beautiful.

Thanks alot. I did the exhaust on my v8 miata on a creeper and that was a really tough one, no room for anything on that car. I got a sore on my tailbone from getting up and down so many times.

I'm going to be doing the exhaust on my 40 on a creeper too. I'm half considering going under the axle instead of over since the thing is so low now. I haven't gotten there yet. Have to get a brake pedal on first.Ryan

I've got the exhaust hanging on it's own now. I was able to use one of the explorer hangers. This is as far as I'm going now because I need to build my bed to find out where the exhaust will need to exit in back. So next the cab is going back on.

More very nice work. Looks like you got the hard part done....but you never know until the last hanger is tightened and you're happy with it.

I think the worst one for me was the SBC in the little Ram 50. Getting the pipes and mufflers down the passenger side was bad enough......but I just had to hang a second fuel tank between the frame rails behind the rear axle. That pipe going back over to the drivers side got real interesting

Thanks Mike. I kind of enjoy the exhaust work when there is this much access. Now I want to start it up and see what it sounds like, but that will take some work.

Very nice work. I've got to make or source some hangers for the 40 next. Mine won't look as pretty as yours.
