Nice work Seth! Here's a thought. Buy some cheap billet grills off ebay that are flat. For say, maybe 1 from a 1991 Bronco? Cut the grill to your cover size, and bend it to follow your contour. Paint the covers green like you said, then put the billet grill section on top. Maybe secure them with a couple studs or bolts through the cover in between the ribs. Then you have a finned valve cover now.Ryan
