Very nicely done Glenn. Got a chuckle from the fight, fight, fight.........I just know I'm gonna get it............and then start fresh to success. Damned rabbit holes.............................Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

That is a 2 nut car !!!!!
I would give both mine to have a early Nova that nice. I had a 64 in high school, so they have a special place in my heart !

Thanks for all the encouragement -
I'm getting closer every time I work through the little nit picky things and to be honest, I'm enjoying every minute of it. Now that I can actually drive it I find that it's a blast to just go around my neighborhood and see the thumbs up. The letter carrier in our neighborhood actually got out of her truck and came to look at the car. Said it brought back a lot of memories and that she wished I was single! (My wife laughed...)
I found a set of new, unissued 1963 plates that add a bit of nostalgia.
In the picture below, the car is up on a Quickjack - best $1400 I've spent in a long time. I don't have the headroom for a full lift but this provides 24" which is great for under-the-car work."Where the people fear the government you have tyranny. Where the government fears the people you have liberty." John Basil Barnhil

I've been trying to come up with a worthy response to this whole thread but I think I've used up my word quota on my reply to 36Sedan.... So I'll just have to settle for, that is one sweet Nova Deuce and it belongs to one helluva nice guy who certainly deserves owning it! So happy for you Glenn.
Thank you Roger. .
