Need help with a club name

We are wanting to get a car club of our own started and are having trouble coming up with a cool name. Any ideas on a good and different name for a classic car club??

Let's hear some things about where you live. That is usually what people use for their clubs.

Yourther has a good point. A lot of clubs pick names of the area around were they live or meet and then add .... Rod and Customs Association or something along those lines. The club I belong to is called "Street Cars of Desire" . Probably the only one with that name in the country. Others around here are the Astros, the Vagabonds, the Vultures, Lost in the Fifties, etc. There are others that are just named after an area like Yorktowne Rod and Custom, Hanover Street Rods or the Deleware Street Rods. If you copy a name from another group you might want to add to it to make it more unique like "The Shifters of Batavia, Ohio".

Some of my favorites have been names like the Donut Derelicts, and Vintage Tin of (your town USA), and the Recycled Teenagers. There are websites that list tons of actual clubs across the USA, many with catchy names and others with names only good for a specific locale... like the Grand Teton Rod and Custom Club.

I am sure you can come up with some neat club names if you give it some thought. Ask everybody who is interested in your club to submit a list of their 10 or 20 favorite names and then go over each and pick the top five and vote on it.
