As a single Hotrodder, I also ran into the "3 Day Diet" ... 3 daysof this, then 3 days of something else ...
I found a cure. But it does eat up a bit of hotrod time. I generally spend every other sunday afternoon in the kitchen making up a bunch of different things. Then, with the help of the genious that invented Tupperware, break everything into meal size portions, label and freeze everything and VOILA!!!.
I now have a freezer full of single servings of a variety of things. come home from work tired and not feel like cooking ... 4 minutes in the Nuker and dinner is served.
Between the odd night of take-out, or maybe eating the lunch I didn't eat for lunch, or something quick like a steak and cob of corn on the BBQ, I can usually get two weeks of dinners out of a Sunday afternoon in the kitchen. My Work in Progress ... 1955 MGA Coupe on an S-10 frame with a 4.3L V6

Yep. And I seem to move 1 thing and it displaces something else with 1/2 of that landing on the workbench and then I forgot where I was going with this other thing and I'll see something else that...
