Bridge collapse in Minnesota
Man, that had to be a horrible experience. The news is full of images of the horrible event.
My second wife was always afraid of bridges and I used to laugh at her, putting her fear down to her Philippine rearing and old taboos. Now, I am not so sure. I can just hear her and her sister now. "See we always told you so".
My heart goes out to those who were killed and to those who were injured.Duane S

My step brother crosses that thing every day....Called him last night to check, he had decided to go to work early yesterday, crossed the bridge and about 5:15PM on his way home... About one hour before it collapsed!!!! I guess it pays to go to work early!!! If it hadn't been under construction, Greg said there probably would have been about 5 times that many cars on it when it fell!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I wanted to complain about this NZ slang business, but I see it was resolved before it mattered. LOL..
