Lightbulb car & bike show ?

Trying to help put on a little car show ,coming up.
Just thought I'd get some ideas from you guys.
like the "spectators pick" , "entrants pick", ... just looking for some ideas for some odd ball awards or maybe something you thought made a show stand out ,or gave the show some class.
I went to one a long time ago that gave out small "vin tag" sized metal tickets with the year and name of the show stamped , I thought that was cool ,something along those lines .
We're going with a "ride it, drive it, tow it ,you can show it" type attitude , only rule is you can't hurt any bystanders and local laws still apply , OSHP and local Park rangers will be included in the show & on duty.

Also what about the kids? never seen anything other then cow bingo , and turtle races.

    any ideas ?
anything you always thought would be good ?
something I'm not thinking of ?

Those metal tags were probably what our local rodders call "dash plaques". That way they can peel and stick them to commemorate the event.

I like a "People's Choice" award, as it represents the public's opinion. I think it is the best award you can win. Too often judges are actually counting rock chips and waterspots, not judging the artistic aspects or workmanship. :-)

I agree Hotrodpaint. I went to a show yesterday and if the people could have picked a winner, this is who would have won it........ People flocked to this all day and took tons of pictures.
