Happy to hear it went well Duane! 500caddy's right, take as long as you need. When I had my heart surgery done they used superglue instead of stitches for the outer incision, kinda wierd but worked awesome

I'm happy to hear that you are recovering in good form. Take it easy and give the ol' bod time to fix itself back to some semblance of working order.

Well, I had my two week check up yesterday. The tumor was definitely malignant, but was contained in the kidney only, so The Doc says no chemo or radiation needed.

He's really happy with the progress I am making and took out the staples. (thank goodness, they were itching and when ever I accidentially bumped against something hurt like heck)

He says to take it easy and not push myself and not to lift anything over 10 pounds for another month so I guess working and wrenching on the effee is out for now.

Overall I feel great. Thanks so much for all the encouragement from you guys and gals.

That's fantastic news Duane. Listen to your Dr, you will have lots of time to work on the truck when all is healed. Gotta let your body do it's thing.

Listen to the doctor and take it easy! After some heart surgery some years
back I played the tough guy and returned to work too soon. I really paid for that. Also, remember when you recover your only going to get back to the age you are and I assume you aren't 25 any longer. Have a good recovery.
