movie car
I am looking for the name of the car in godfather II that michael drove in Miami. It was a late 50's black and red. any ideas? i would really like to own a car like that. hopefully a movie fan on this site has the answer.BARB

Theres a web site that has a pic and name of every old or classic car used in the movies, and the name of the movie, unfortunatly i cannot remember the site ,or what forum it was posted on.

God Father was in color . Seen it at the show and geez i cant remember that .

can not find a picture anywhere and can not capture one that is playing across broadband. it was a late 50's car with a wide red v on its side and a red top. the v was like the ones on the stingray but wider.BARB

I believe the car in question was a 57 Ford Custom

i think that when he is ready to put his hard earned dollars behind it we are going to go with a vega. charger is a little out of our price range right now.BARB

ya a Vega w/some nice wheels , nice stance ,Bright chrome, nice paint, maybe some flames, and a dependable engine . you'd have a good car to tool around in till you come up with the money to trade up .
