If some of you dont know i am the far northern guy that is involved in a grass roots air stip drag race club, we shut down the local municipal airport for a day, 3 time a year and run what you brung.
the stip is 4500 ft long flat and smooth as any racetrack out there.
the words getting out cause last week we had our fall race and 121 cars showed up.
tractions getting better every time especialy when we blast a 40 gallon barrel of vht on the entire lenghh of the track
i am going to try to attatch some vid that has made it to u tube.
remember when we start at 6.00 am that morning its just a bare airstrip on the high prairie and it has to be all gone and clean by dark that night
Oh yeah and if you think about cool air for power it was just above 32 f that morning when we started setup.
