Good luck out there! Like he said, and as you know, you and your family's safety comes first.

Get everything and everybody out if you have to. Family first, of course, but also anything else worth saving. Better to get a head start on it, then to wait for force evacuation. I know CA is a beautiful state, but times like these I can be happy in PA.
Prayers for you, your family and all others who are out there in that mess.Bob
A good friend will come and bail you out of jail....but a true friend will be sitting next to you saying..."Damn....that was fun!

Just talked with my brother who lives in Laguna and he says it's about 15 miles from him. Real nasty fire with those winds. Going to be hard to put out unless they get some rain and cooler weatherKeep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!

these fires are a mess everything has been no more than 5% contained, these strong winds are making everything very difficult.... the fire that was coming towards my house got slowed down by a resevoir and then the military finally got some helicopters out..... they slowed the fire down and now its changing direction away from me so i'm ok for now...... plus today i've had the flu which is making this a really bad week
ps thanks for your support guysjust because your car is faster, doesn't mean i cant outdrive you... give me a curvy mountain road and i'll beat you any day

That fire down there is a real mess, I have a cousin down there that got evacuated....have no idea weather or not her house is still standing. I have three burning around me about 10, 6, and 2 miles away....the wind has finally started to die down up here and it has helped, but it is still a mess.
Good luck and keep safe.....Our race team page
