Ok guys, we are down to about two weeks before TR, and need to make a decison of if , where, and when we can all get to meet each other.
In light of the new Bel Aire plaza information it looks like Gastricks suggestion about the NE corner of the track is even better. I think the host club saw the handwriting on the wall and that is the reason they have been trying to create this new spot for nightime activities.
For the sake of getting the ball rolling and some decision made, here is my vote. I think Saturday night about 8 pm at the spot Gastrick circled on the map would be perfect. Probably most people will be in town then, and by Saturday would have done most of the other stuff, leaving that time free.
That's my vote, what do the rest of you say??????????? (BTW, I am agreeable to any time and place)

I just heard the updated local forecast and it's not good. All is well for Turkey Day (no rain expected ) and Friday (20% rain chance ), but there's a front coming and it's supposed to stall out over this area. Saturdays rain chance is 40% and Sunday is 50%! Don, you & the boys need to bring your rain gear. The good news is, you'll probably run out of it on the way home...
When are you guys leaving for Daytona? If you'll PM me, I'll give you my cell number.Jim

Oh great! It couldn't hold off another week. Well, the weathermen have been wrong before, hope they are this time. Wet doesn't bother me so much as trying to run with slicks in the rain. If worst comes to worst we can leave Saturday or maybe stay over until Monday. Don works, but Dan is on vacation and I am on permanent vacation, so we will have to see what is best.
In the meantime, we will just think positive and hope for good weather.

They keep revising the forecast... Just now they said 30% chance of rain Thursday, Friday, Saturday as the front sags through; 40% Sunday as it starts back north as a warm front. Don, I wish you had rain tires...
All we can do is check www.weather.com and plan/ dress accordingly.Jim
