    what are you listening to

     



    i love music as much as i love cars .. if there is already such a thread then delete this one and blend my post to it .. i went back a few pages and did`nt find one .. rite now i`m in a somber mood and am listening to my " songs of the civil war " cd .. so .. what are you listening to.. dixie ... it was abe lincolns fav song

    It depends on who gets to the shop stereo first. If Don gets it, we have '50's rock and roll, if Dan gets it, we get Metalica , and if I get there first, we get either stuff like Bob Seiger, Steeley Dan, AC/DC, or sometimes just light jazz.

    We ALL try to beat Dan to the stereo. Even the air compressor sounds better.

    Some Metallica is not bad, but 3/4 of it is... I like 4 of there songs ( The Unforgiven, Unforgiven II, Fade to black, One, and I dissapear )

    But I listen to everything from the oldies, to Rob zombie, and even some hip hop, R&B pop and rap. and everything in between

    I like it all.

    Its really a shame what Clear Channel has done to radio stations.
    Same top 20 songs all day long.

    I really long for a good 'underground' station, like the ones that emerged with the advent of FM in the late 60s.

    Some of the Satelite TV stations are good.

    There is plenty good music these days that gets no air time.
