Bumper Time
I just recieved an email from a fellow club member in Saskatchewan telling me that he had came into posession of a model A rear bumper set up, complete with mounting brackets, etcetera. He sent me the attached photo, so I asked him to go ahead and ship it to me, as I have been thinking for a couple of years now how vulnerable the back of the roadster pickup really is. This will give me an additional project when the weather warms up this spring. I have to also complete the installation of the new dropped stainless headlight bar and front fender support brackets that I bought off e-bay. The weather is cold and miserable here, and I don't expect any improvement for the next 3 months. I haven't been posting much this winter, due in part to the forum being buggered up, and the fact that I'm not really doing anything 'Hotroddy" to post about. I just finished a bunch of machinery for the GM plant in Oshawa, Ontario, and on Monday I start a new contract designing a prototype mining machine for the mines up around Coppercliff.---BrianOld guy hot rodder
I didn't know him but followed his posts. True hotrodder, he will be missed. RIP 34_40 MIKE. Condolence to the Mrs. Nolan
