Hard to know the best ,sometimes,Hoss..That 69 looks real kool,,but, maybe,he's like my friend down the road from me..He has a 69,and a very nice one, too,,a stocker,,but last year, bought a 2001 Shelby, with about 40,000 miles on it,,very nice car,,and now he might sell the 69.cos someone wants it,and probably will pay the asking price.. ($50,000 NZ)..I think he is looking at another late model Mustang,,cos the Shelby is his wife's car.. Different strokes..............Micah 6:8

I've always been partial to the '65-'67 Fastbacks. Went to look at a '65 not too long back, but it was a project car that had been badly painted and the guy wanted to get his invested $$$ back, and I wasn't willing to pay double value for a pig in a poke. I'll likely continue to admire them from a distance.Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

Yeh Roger around here they go for a premium. People go online and look at the most expensive one they can find, and feel their diamond in the ruff in worth every penny of that price, not realizing the one they saw go for 50k on ebay, had 80k in it and the owner was losing 30k. Craigslist can be the same way. I feel real lucky these days when I find a older item and pay what it is worth or slightly less, instead of the the mint condition new fully restored price." people ask me all the time what i would take for my old wreck and i cant really come up with a price .. i know it would take 30 grand to replace it but no way could i ask that for mine .. yet i cant give it away either for the 8 or 10 grand that i see rust buckets commanding on ebay .. and thirdly i dont want to get rid of it so come offer me 50 grand .... HA !!!!iv`e used up all my sick days at work .. can i call in dead ?

That's just it Hoss it's worth more to you! I get that completely. Some things just have personal intrinsic value to us, that others can't see or won't pay. Thus our passion for cars!" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.

the day the cobra died ..
this is a story .. all of it true
bout a race tween a cobra .. and a four forty two
the cobra was sudden .. with it`s 4 speed stick

i was there when they met .. on buddy williamson street
the cobra took the first race .. by a couple of feet
the olds came back strong .. and was given the nod
