Since this is Random Stuff then here's some Random Stuff.
Decided to do a rack of baby backs in Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet n Spicy and they are now resting in foil in a warm oven awaiting lunch time.

Sweet Baby Ray's Original recipe hits the spot, but I've never used their rub, use Rendevous dry rub instead. Have to try Rays, their sauce is great, though I also use Corky's Sauce. Those ribs look awesome!

Sto, that rub is made by a Texas Company (I think) they are called Fiesta Brand Spices but I really prefer my good friends spices aka Williams Food Company here it the Lone Star also. I will PM you their link for their inventory and a place to order. I normally used their Rib Tickler, Mesquite Spices and Chicken Tickler exclusively. BTW, the meat fell off the bones when I cut them apart and it was very moist also. Think I'll take all the meat off the few leftover ribs and make me and the wiffy a sammich for supper.Last edited by MelloYello; 07-13-2013 at 01:37 PM.

I kinda like it? Hard to say, since I'm so used to seeing the 4door versions hot-rodded, but beautiful work despite the difference of length! Also not a fan of Wagon wheels on old rides, but they kinda work here in scale with the car! Lots of money and time in that Canary Yellow sedan.
We could call it the extended cab version of John Boy's car! ( I know , not the same at all, but reminded me of it!)

1) moisturizer- gold bond extreme
2) floaters and dry eye- sleep
3) get up and go- ten less years. Seriously though, I know what you mean about the injury thing and not being able to keep pace anymore. I used to work 18 hour days on road construction, equipment maintenance and repair. Now I'm self employed doing the same kind of work, now that I'm healed up, and I have trouble making it to a 10 hour day. I think Science calls it "TMB". (too many birthdays) Also look into taking co q 10 supplement. Supposed to be good for many things. It didn't help me, but lots of people swear by it.

iv`e had my cell phone now for 5 years .. once in a great while i would try or need to make a transaction by phone and would always get frustrated and fail .. the computor generated voice would say ." please enter your 16 digit credit card # followed by the pound sign ... i always messed it up .. now i know why .. i never knew what the pound sign was till today .. to me this sign ( # ) said " number " not pound ... it took the laundry to teach me ...iv`e used up all my sick days at work .. can i call in dead ?
Thank you Roger. .
