    Real Bad Day

     



    I saw this and had to share it. Talk about bad day. Where's the valve to piston clearance. It's no fun unless your breaking it.

    That has to be a forged piston.......the head must of gave in to the pressure ,instead of the piston shattering.
    Its gunna take longer than u thought and its gunna cost more too(plan ahead!)

    My guess is that's somebody's fabricated "Trophy", look where the forward orientation notch is relative to the valve stem angle, just doesn't quite look right.

    more importantly: look how square the valve stem is parted. no way. That was cut.

    Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
