Just wanted to let everyone know that my Wife's Heart Dr. gave her good news.
So I thought she deserved a treat!!! I had one too.

When was the last time you saw a banana split that looked like this???

After looking at that split, every one of my arteries just
clogged up completely and my blood pressure went to 250/150

Richard, Glad to hear that your wife got GOOD news from her doc. Those splits really look good, nice way to celebrate.

If I leave tonight I can be at your place by Sunday. I like mine with real pineapple, black walnuts, and butterscotch on the vanilla.

Thanks for the replies, the Heart is really serious and that was the first real banana split in about 8 years. We had to go 60 miles to see her Dr. and he wants to see her every six months. She has a bad valve, the aorta that does not close all the way when the blood is pumped out so it wants to seep back. I've been married to her for almost 40 years and I want her to be here when I'm gone. We couldn’t eat the whole thing and one about every 6 or 8 years would be fine I hope.

I just had to take a picture of the ice cream because that’s the way they were back in the 60's. I would see a commercial on T.V. from a place in ill. I won't give the name because it may not be allowed but if you seen the place advertised you would know which one it is.

Bob, we are going back in six months set your calendar, I'll treat, these had pecans they were rich but good.

Richard Glad everything is OK with the wife. That's great news. Now if only I could get one of those bananna splits I'd be real happy

That makes me laugh, love this site next time we go to the Heart Dr. I'll get one to go for you and have it shipped. I posted my 39 Chevy truck on the builder’s page; let me know if you think there is any hope for a low buck pickup. Hope your pain is easing up.

With a quad bypass, 3 stents, and a pacemaker defbrillator..........I would kill to have one of those splits........yes it would kill me, but what a way to go. Glad to hear your wife is doing well.

Try this look at the banana split and think about it like you know you want but it's like looking at a pretty girl they are nice to look at but your wife would kill you.

I will wish you good health just like my wife the Heart is serious business. If I can keep my wife laughing she will do better then worrying about it. Thanks
