yup, I'm cold.... Just a car, no big deal. Besides, for 3 years the kid has been talking about building a straight axled, tri-five chebbie with a baby mouse motor and a 4 speed powering it....Dump the Nova, get squared away, bank some money, build what you really want... Where's the bad news??? Cars are just cars. Whenever you get rid of one there's another one just around the corner that needs building.....

Scooter sometimes you can make more with time to sell . Then if it gets hard pressed you drop it to move it . Allways looking in the mags and dreamin here . I know yours is clean and could fetch 10 K to 12 K , cars are allways worth more to the people who own them . The buyers try to get a steal you know what im saying . I would Ebay it at the least you will take as a researve see where it goes.

Then go out and do what you want to do, build what you want to build, and race where you want to race. If that doesn't meet up with others expectations, too flippin' bad!!!!!

From what I could see of your car as clean as it is, I would say you’re in the 20's and you may have a lot in the motor so your car would be worth more without me seeing the inside. I sold a 55 Chevy last year and it was just a driver for $18. Try not to let it go but if you have to, start it high and try not to act like you need to sell it, you just want something else. I have a car that's worth about $1,500 and I've had it moved and stored for 40 years. I will not sell it until I can no longer stand to look at it. A good place to advertise is a site named American Dream Cars if you haven't been there check it out. That’s where I sold my 55 Chevy. Don't panic you sound like a young guy, you have a long time left to build, sell, and buy. Good luck.
One more thing in the morning fire it up and think about the time you have put into it, and how nice it turned out. That should get you back on track.

I didn't see the engine was out but don't get in a hurry.
