I'd love to know where that ideal place to live is. Most everywhere I've looked that has a nicer climate, the property values are out of the question. I'd love to get away from the snow, but I don't care much for hurricanes, twisters, and earthquakes. While I'm dreaming I might just as well ask for highs no more than 90,and low no less than 40, no property taxes, low crime rate, good health care, and car crushers are illegal. Anybody Know of a place even close? Hank

Well I'm really leaning hard towards Sacramento,no it's not perfect, but I do have two sons living there, and a couple of grandkids to spoil. Last time I went out to visit I hooked up with Stu-cool and Calif- Girrl one night for dinner and a car show, went to a drifting contest at Altimont speedway, and checked out Sac vintage Ford. Just did a quick real estate check, and due to a very high foreclosure rate, prices have dropped considerably. Maybe I can get my foot in the door after all. Hank
