    Rrrrrr!

It's been one of those days, for 2 days now, and will continue tomorrow!
I have 15" heavy wire spoked wheels on the Mustang, only the fronts were on, I had steel wheels on because I had to drive it in the snow, and I have 295x55x15's on the rear, pushing 235x50x15's on the front does not go thru any snow!!! So I have stock 14" wheels on the rear. Ok , I was going down the avenuw (cement road) and hit a pot hole and broke 10 spokes! drove it home slowly, 16 miles.
Not a problem, I'll put the rear tires back on, and put the stock ones on the front! What! They don't fit over the brakes. Yesterday I called 12 yards and only one place had 14" steel wheels, and they swear they'll over the caliper, which is stock!
Today I told the wife I have no choice, I have to buy them, till we get Tn, the we'll get new wheels. Just couldn't wait, we move next week! Rrrrr I had to drive the Mustang to get the wheels, about 8 miles to get them, about 6 miles I past a yard I forgot to call, I pulled in and they have to uglest wheel Ford made for the Mustang, and they came off a '89, cool, they'll fit, mines a '87, $20.00 each and out the door, he garanteed they'll fit!
Went home stuffed the 2 tires in the car and off to get them put on......They were busy, and I to make runs, so I left the tires to be switched & balanced, I went picked them up,and drop 3 off for the trash, I went home and put them on.......They DON'T FIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I called the tire place and told them to pull the A/R wheel I left to be trashed, and take the tire off and that I will be there at opening to have it put on the car, I'll have 1 different wheel, but it'll work till we get down there!
Now I have to have them dismount the tires so I can return the wheels. I have to eat the money I paid to mount & balance them.

Oh, last year I was driving down the highway and the rubber decide to leave the rim, and it recked the wheel, so the wire wheels replace the American racing wheels. I don't want to buy new wheels yet because I have everything ready to put disk's in rear, and 5 lug all around. Mustangs come with 4 lug 80's till '93

All This and I still trying to get things ready to pack.

I didn't have your bad luck, but when I was replacing the wheels on my 34, I had a tuff time finding reasonably priced matching rims that would work not only with the front calipers but also with the 'Vette rear calipers (biggies). Most of the manufacturers and/or dealers I talked to said they didn't carry what I needed or wanted. That included American Racing, Wheel Vintique and others. Oh, they said they could get me what I needed but it was going to cost about $2k for a set. Didn't have the cash at that time to do that. Did end up with something I liked, but not really what I wanted.

Good luck and hope you find what you need in Tn.

If you are talking about the ten hole rims ,I would be interested in them ,if you wanted to get rid of them.
