Ive sold a few cars that I really hated to see go, things come up when your not older and wiser and it has to be done sometimes. But ive had a few that I wanted to pour gas on and toss a match and walk away too. All you can do is just take pictures of all the kids before you sell them off, and hope your next one is really what you wanted.
Live everyday like it were your last, someday it will be.

Charlie now wants a dirt bike and when he gets older a motorcycle. Chuck ( my husband) wants a 68 to 72 nova 2 or 4 door. They both have lots of plans to keep me busy through the summer.BARB

Whenever I get rid of a car, sale or trade, I usually don't regret it. Only twice have I regretted it. I regretted selling my 73 Kawasaki Z1 even though I had already bought a Gold Wing, and I regretted selling my 69 Barracuda formula S fastback. And yes, it had a Hemi. Had a lot of problems with the car and it was bleeding me dry, but I loved it and ended up selling it to a guy who was into drag racing. I wasn't sorry at the time of sale (1972) but still think about it now and again. I guess that's called regret.Bob
A good friend will come and bail you out of jail....but a true friend will be sitting next to you saying..."Damn....that was fun!

Never regretted selling a car. It was because I was sick and tired of it. The ones I liked and would never sell got stolen.
For sure!! I recall Jim's torsion bar suspension on at least one of his builds, but I'm not sure which one! Maybe the Track T?? He's a talented builder.
