    Spring fever or just lazy?

It was cold last night we had the furnace going, get up this morning. I’m able to start moving around a little after the meds start working. I think of all the things I want to do, the sun is shinning and it is getting warm. Now I can’t seem to get started, is it spring fever or just plain being lazy? I have to decide do I keep going over Don’s 3k project or start working on something of mine. For the time being I think I will go back to Don’s build up of his car. I’ll tell my wife it's a “temporary fever”!!

Don, I wish I had been on this site when you were starting your build, it’s hard for me to do anything. You really did a good job on the posting with all of the information. I'm in the wiring section now.

The next section is on "the things we understand about women." (it's a very short chapter)

Don, you made me smile when I saw your find for the gas pedal. As a kid I would love it when my Mother {God Rest Her Soul In Peace} would make sandwich spread. I think we called it ham salad but it was made mostly of good old fashion bologna. I would grind the meat using that type handle. When I got married I always wanted to find one of those old grinders. Later in the marriage my wife found one and it was put in a drawer or tucked away out of sight. Then a few more years later because of health reasons I became a vegetarian so now it sits in the garage in a drawer. I couldn’t bring myself to sell it or get rid of it. If I ever get to build my 40 Chevy coupe or the 39 Chevy truck I will use that for the gas pedal. I really enjoy going through the pages of your build. I thought I had found a lot of car sites but somehow I missed this one until earlier this year. There dose not seem to be a problem with ego’s on this site as there are on some others. It’s like the people all have the same thing in common a love of the old cars. I would like to have been more of a builder then a trader but I haven’t lost the love for all types. I’ve had Hotrods, Street Rods, Customs, tri fives, Vettes, Camaro’s, Mustangs, and my best was a 65 GTO in 1966 when I was in the Army. Thanks again for posting your build. You don’t have to write back I just wanted you to know how something like that little handle brought back memories from when I was a kid.

P.S.I was going to send this in a private message but what the heck.
