Till the garden, clean up the shop, work on a friends truck (replacing the rusted out panels) would have been faster to replace the truck . Then sunday go to a small car show about 20 miles away. Hope I get some rest in there sometime

Work on the frame tonight, then if it not raining tomorrow, gonna take the kids to the zoo. Then go drink some beer at my buddies, while we pretend were gonna hang some drywall.

Unfortunately its been a little too hot(jeaz all we do is complain too hot too cold!). I am enjoying watching the hot rods cruise around for the 35th Salute to American Grafetti. I saw at least 10 classic 1957 T birds today all parked next to eachother. I've never seen that many in my whole life together(born in 63). Tomarrow I'll run around with the digital camera and post some shots. Unforrtunately I will be at work all weekend(but not until after 2 p.m.). My best laid plans were to finish prepping the engine bay, paint it and work on the frame. Just a little too hot to get too. Instead worked on the house and keeping the dog happy!

I'll be working with my three grandsons cleaning up my son's pasture; it's been a junkyard for 16 years so there's lots to do. And after that I may start taring down my stock T engine, just found out today that the cam bearings are shot.

Its been cold, wet, and miserable here all weekend. I pity the poor people who traditionally go camping or open up their cottage this long weekend. I crawled under the RPU and put a ground wire on the gas tank, replaced a box to frame bolt that had fallen out, and frigged with the tail light sockets to correct a feed back problem that caused the front parking lights to come on when I stepped on the brake. I went up to the local mall, where the first rod run of the season is supposed to occur last night, but I was a week too early, and it was really cold. A few other hopefulls showed up, but after an hour of standing around freezing, we all went home. Damn, we need some hot, dry weather here.
