Let me see, when I went in the US Army at 17 years old I weigh 137 pounds, 27" waist, 5'9 3/4" after 3 years I went up to 156 pounds 29"-30" waist.I leveled off at 165 pounds mid life; I quit smoking after 29 years.
Oh that was because of my back surgeries, the Dr. said I had some black spots on my lungs.
I went up to 195 and closing in on that 200-pound club now at 5'8" I guess because of age and taken out discs, and fusion the vertebras.
I went down to 176 pounds for along time. Now that I have a hard time moving around I'm getting close to the 190-pound mark. If I get taxed for excess weight my wife will have to feed me to the cats.
