Well Friday night I had the tow company haul mine & the kids barn find 69 Olds 442 to the shop,Most of Saturday entailed lots of soap & the pressure washer and cleaning mouse nests out of the hood & trunk braces.Saturday evening involved the removal of the rotted vinyl top and the related stainless trim. Sunday we marveled at no rot out of the floors, removed & replaced the cracked filler at the roof & b piller seams (No Rust !!!!!) changed the oil, replaced the spark plugs, put a battery in,replaced the junk starter, put a hose from the fuel pump into our can of gas and tried to fire her up,had lots of cross fire so had to figure that out, checked the timing wich was close nuff it should start and finally found the carbon tit from the distributer cap laying between one of the dual points, fixed that and she fired right up, musta blew 5lbs of sunflower seed shells out of the exhaust by that time I was very tired so went home and submitted a order to YEAR ONE. Then went out to diner for daddy's day...........Last edited by HWORRELL; 06-17-2008 at 04:48 PM.

Yep. And I seem to move 1 thing and it displaces something else with 1/2 of that landing on the workbench and then I forgot where I was going with this other thing and I'll see something else that...
