IMO it is entirely possible for there to be a tarck that the heavy cars cannot run on, period. At least not at 200 MPH. But then who would care?

Yeah, give them a harder tire, so they don't have the wear issues, let them race. The complaint would be no grip....Can't win no matter what you do.
Years ago the NA$CAR regional touring series (killed off two years ago) could use either Hoosier OR Goodyear, It made for some good competition. But NASTARD in their infinite wisdom changed that, and went with Hoosier because they paid more for the contract. The tire quality went downhill, fast. Over the past 10 years NASCAR has been more into $$$ than racing. They will tell you it's all about safety and competition, truth is, it's all about $$$.Our race team page

Yep. And I seem to move 1 thing and it displaces something else with 1/2 of that landing on the workbench and then I forgot where I was going with this other thing and I'll see something else that...
