i am thinking about venturing into efi land and getting a set of stacks, but i am not sure what the units flow as i ahve seen there are different sizes so whats what and how the heck do you tune them. a few guys have said they are easy tot une. i just wanna know what all is involved. do you ahve to prime them? do they leak down?

I replaced the injectors with electronic injectors, and used a factory wire harness and rewired it for my application, I use Speed Density computor from a '92 Camaro, married the top off a GM small HEI to the stock Hemi lower dist housing you can have chips burned cheap now days.

Mine is an origional mechanical Hilborn with 15" & 8" stacks, I just changed the injectors to eletronic injectors. You won't like mechanical injectors, their go or no go, they don't have a accelerator pump! You can almost tune the hesitation out, but not completely.
I used a holder to hold the injectors in place and they look stock, except to someone that knows what the stock nozzles look like.

That's probably why Kennyd does not like his.

Here's some pic's of the injector holders I used. With these you can make any manifold to injection.
