Many of you are doing better than we out west. The bride tells me she saw 2.03 up north. Yesterday I drove by the closest Chevron at around 9:00am it was 2.39, saw 2.31 the other side of town, and then passed the same Chevron again around 11:30 and it had changed to 2.35. December futures on crude took another sizeable drop yesterday.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

Anybody other then me hear bad vibes about Wal-Marts gas?

The cheapest here in PA is currently $1.93, less if you have a discount card. Right now I can get gas for $1.63 with my card.Bob

Could be the Wal-mart by us getting bad gas from a distributor. My wife’s friend had to have her fuel injectors replaced at a dealership where she bought her car and they told her not to use Wal-marts gas. I don’t buy gas at a no name station for the fact I don’t trust them but it can happen anywhere I guess. I like to use a station that sells a lot of gas. I've had cars run bad from the small stations. Maybe it's my way of thinking but when the car runs rough after filling up when it was ok before, I have to think they may have a little water in the storage tank.

I've used Wally world gas exclusively for the last few years and have never experienced any problems.
Right now it's at $1.80 and three cents less with their card. Most of the stations on my end of town are at $1.80 to $1.82.Ken Thomas

I think Mo has the lowest for some reason. I lived in Joplin and enjoyed the lowest prices around for a number of years.
Here in the Twin Cities MN on the north side it was $1.81.
When is diesel going to follow??? Sure would be nice filling up twice a week. $2.89 is the best I can get.41 Willys 350 sbc 6-71 blower t350, 9in, 4 link
