Well, if you wanna run with the big dogs, you gotta spend the bucks and do the work.... Big thing about running NHRA, your legal and competitive at more then one track, too.....
As for the new pistons, I'd go to a set of 12.5's, run E-85 and have even more fun....!!!!!! Better power with more compression, and if E-85 is available in the area, a lot cheaper then race gas..... $2.38 here today.... AED and a couple other places make the carb conversion parts for it... 106 octane makes room for a lot of timing and a lot of compression, all things a baby mouse will respond well to.....
