Not your average '55 Chev
This thing bounced around the net a couple years ago when for sale, but it's nice to see that it actually runs.

Insane is right! I don't know what you could use it for, besides shows and exhibition racing.
An impressive build for sure! Great attention to detail.

Way kewl!!!!! Good to see there's people out there pushing the envelope and doing some non-traditional builds!!!! Sure does get my brain whirlin'!!!!! I didn't see any insanity in the build at all.... Whole project seems neat to me---other then all the painted on dzus fasteners and rivets!!!! Now that's insane!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I saw the car at the Sacramento Autorama a couple years ago and got to talk to the owner. He is a wild and crazy Aussie.
PatOf course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong!

Rod is definitely a crazy Aussie! I spent a week an d a half with him and his wife in 2005 when they traveled the U.S. in their blown V-12 flathead Lincoln model A pickup.
We went from Bonneville to the G.G. Spokane run then down the Oregon coast to Pleasanton. One of the best trips I've ever taken and Rod kept us all entertained the whole way.
