I hope it's their problem, Bob.... I've gone through about everything I can find to check here through the Help system, etc.... Have to get on the phone with them... Except everytime I call it's something really easy and I end up feeling incredibly stupid for not fixing it myself!!!!!!

windows Vista could have closed the mail ports on you.. should be port 587 for outgoing and port 995 for incoming.. just make sure there open.. I can't remember where you check them, but it's 1 of the things in control panel.
