They say we could get a little of the white stuff by Sunday night. Cold front headed this way.

I know what you mean Dave, when I was back in Illinois last week about Wed the weather cooled off and got chilly (even saw frost on the windshield last Sat when I was in Des Moines). Since then the arthritis in my knees has been killing me even back here in AZ.

I guess I haven't helped it much the last couple of days, I've been up and down on the shop roof clearing overhanging branches and installing 4 sky lights (should really help the next time I paint something in there).

God have we really turned into the old guys compailing about aches and pains??????

By the way Andy Griffith on at 7, Gunsmoke's on at 5 and Bonanza at 6

It's brighter in there now with the lights off than it was with them on before. I should have done it 15 years ago when we re-roofed the place.

I've also got some hi intensity lighting I'm going to get mounted one of these days along with a pretty good size exhaust fan and louver set up I've had laying around.

Basically the old shop will be getting turned into the paint booth when the new shop is up.

Good plan Mike... My little garage is almost beyond hope... But when I get to Texas and build my new one, I was wondering how much a couple skylights would help...... Real light seems to be so much less directional dependant then artificial lights....

Oh yeah, it IS almost NOVEMBER, isn't it???? Down here we tend to forget what time of year it is. Our seasons are:

    Nice (November to March)

    Nicer (April and May)

Too hot to move (June through October)

So we should be getting into the months where we can actually get out and do things in a week or so.
