This guy (the visitor) was bound and determined to get to the top.
I believe they thought I was taking too long to get the roof on.

Nothing is more curious than a cat. What are you building, looks like a beautiful place. I see the chain on the ladder, is this precautionary or is it from experience ?

Nice scenery Richard. Must be fun outdoors with all that fall color! Is this a new structure to keep some cars in?

My dog loves to spend the day out in the garage, especially if there is a work table or a bench he can be on top of....He's a cocker spaniel so he's short. I guess being on a table in his mind puts him at a better height so he can look out the window and see around the shop better in order to supervise the activity better!!!!! Most days would be kind of boring without having him out there to keep me company.... Heck, he doesn't even argue much!!!

It started out as a tree house for the grandkids. My wife said I should put a lean-to on to put some of my junk in. It started as a 12X12 then I went with 12X20 so when it gets closed in I will be able to put a car inside.

The chain is so I can keep the ladder, I usually keep it inside but with it outside I just didn't want to tempt someone if they should happen to get past the killer Cat's.

Steve, we have a lot of wild life, we like it and it's nice to get back home when we go into the big City.

Dave, I get in the garage and all the Cat's want is for me to hold them, they climb on my junk, and I have to try to keep them out of trouble. Haven't seen a mouse unless they bring them in to play with.

Dave I know what you mean. Pretzel loves to drop tennis balls on my head when I'm under the truck, and keeps me company while I work in the garage.

I have a shifter for a Ford C4 shifter for sale,just as I went to snap it Jay Jay decided it needed a cat scan. Yeah,He is BIG! 26 lbs.

Pretty country there. Looks like your helpers are right on the job. Ever since I went back to work Lucky misses our afternoon naps together, he keeps meowing when I am going out the door in the morning. I think he is chewing me out.

My cats follow me everywhere too. Also when I do chores for my sister her cats follow me from barn to barn. A couple weeks age a manx went ripping up a post as I was unchaining the gate and ripped my finger open all the way down the side of my fingernail.
One of my cats has taken to riding around on my shoulder. He's pretty much a big dork but a friendly one.

I wouldn't mine it if my cat followed me, but I have 13 of them from the farm next door who think my being outside is entertainment time for them. They follow me up and down the driveway and will occasionally follow behind my lawn tractor when I cut grass. It can be embarrassing. I've been thinking of putting bows on them and giving them as gifts. Two to the trash collectors, one to the UPS guy, one to the mail lady, one to the Fed Ex guy.

Cats are so dadgummed "inquisitive". When I was a pup, one of my "Grands" had one they called "Snoopy"; no matter what my Grandma was doing, he'd come to investigate. I most remember him sticking his head in the fridge every time someone opened it. My old cat is a "helper", too; if I have a ladder in the house, or am crawling around under a sink, or whatever, he comes to "help". I just shooed him off of the desk because he was trying to help me type. The young one, a recent adoptee, is not so much so; he is quite leery of things, probably due to an unhappy childhood. He'll come to look, from a distance, but any sudden movement or noise sends him a-runnin'.
