the fall of the U.S. dollar
watch this video and think if this could be possible. I thought no but I have been told that is what happened to the peso in Mexico many years ago. Please Dont just watch part of it and start responding from there, watch the whole thing before you reply. Some very interesting thought went into it either way.

I've been banging my fist on the table and warning of this for quite some time. It's the unmistakable, steady march toward One World Government.
Personally though, I don't think we'll see the collapse until all the guns have been collected. Now that we have a Democratic President AND a Democratic Congress, that shouldn't be too difficult to pull off. Watch for gun legislation to begin popping up the first of the year.
Do some of you wonder why our legislators have allowed manufacturing to flee the United States and leave us as a citizenry of hamburger flippers? It's all part of the plan folks. America has to be dumbed down to bring it more in line with the poorer countries of the world. All these illegal aliens coming across the border unimpeded? It's all part of the plan folks. The dumbing down of America and Canada to bring them in line so that one currency, the Amero can replace the Dollar.
One World Government. Love it or not, it's the future. Big money will not be denied this change.Last edited by techinspector1; 11-24-2008 at 02:08 PM.

Look like it's a hoax; pretty convincing one, though.

Mooneye, I watched the entire 8:33, my impression is that it's simply a conspiracy theory. There are those that will believe it completely, there are those that believe otherwise, the world is made up of all types. JMO

Wow – makes for some interesting conversation/speculation. While I am certainly not at all enamored with what I see happening in our government, I believe the “Amero” hypothesis put forward by Mr. Turner to be over the top. There are some major logistic considerations, not least of which would be the “normalizing” of currency value between US, Canada and Mexico that would dictate this is not going to happen – at least not anytime soon.
That said, I agree with those who believe we should protect our second amendment rights and if we see a move to erode our right to “keep and bear arms” we should be fearful of a government seeking undue power under the guise of protecting and caring for the citizens of this country. I can pretty much manage by myself, thank you very much. I would appreciate the government spending more time and money on the Interstate highway system and keeping a strong military.
I so very much wish we could pull a handle in the voting booth that would allow force every sitting senator and congressman to play the “home version of the game”. The waste in this country revolves around the career politicians in Washington who for the most part, are controlled (or at least heavily influenced) by a corrupt media and press. They have no clue what I pay for a gallon of milk or a loaf of bread, much less the real cost of living in this great country. They have agendas that certainly do not align with personal freedoms and want to take away anything that does not serve there own interest - regardless of the opinions of their constituency. Here in Oregon, we actually have a mayor who has a stated goal of making Portland the first “automobile free city” in the US.
As long as voter apathy returns the “status quo” we will continue to experience more of the same. In the words of Pogo, “we have found the enemy, and it is us.”
On a positive note, there are more privately owned guns in the United States than all of the armies of the world. Got a small county’s worth in my own safe.
Whew! That felt good!
Regards All,
Glenn

There are so many things considered impossible or intolerable just a generation ago, that are considered commonplace now. None of this surprises me. I tend to agree with Richard. We are on a slippery slope. And, we will be too far over the edge by the time we realize it. People are too wrapped up in their own world to pay attention. One day we'll wake up and wonder, how this all happened."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.

Yea, I wouldn't go so far as to say this is a credible story. I'm just saying this is the way the country is headed this scenario will play out in some form someday, just a matter of when. My fear is it's sooner than we'd like to think."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.

Could it all happen, and there is no more US dollar??? Sure, as long as the present apathy continues, it's guaranteed!!!! As far as lots of guns and ammo, no thanks....Already did that once, nobody cares and it doesn't do a bit of good. We've already been sold out by our duly elected officials while we sat by an let it happen.... Kind of like closing the gate after the cows left a week ago?????Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Not going to get into predictions here, almost any devious proposition could be conceivable. However, there is also the matter of not wasting angst on things that, with a modicum of research/thought, can be dismissed. There are real threats that we have ignored, and phony ones we waste energy fearing. So I'll just make an observation on this particular video story.
There are a lot of well connected people with "inside info", many of them participated in record political donations the past year. If there were an imminent switch to such a "new currency" they'd be running to buy gold to protect themselves, thus driving up the price. If you go back to Aug when these "revelations" came out you'd see that gold price today is essentially the same with only relatively minor fluctuations in the interim.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.

I have been watching this come together for some time. No, I didnt think of it myself, I dont understand any of that crap, but I have been reading things my informed friends have sent me. This is just one little detail, a puzzle piece. Much of the world events you have seen in recent years have been taking us down a path so the ___________ (whoever that is) can take over the world.
Not a fantisy, you should be seriously concerned.
