Well, it must be Friday.......Another half foot of snow and 40mph winds, should be another great weekend!!!! Supposed to get back in the mid 20's and sunshine by Monday, at least we might be able to get the sleds out and do some riding!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Hey Highboy32; You might get some tarps there pal.
I think it might help keep your butt warm on those frosty mornings.

No neat snow covered roadsters or anything like that, just a shot of Mt Rainier shortly after sunrise...............we don't usually get this kind of weather for this long (boo hoo hoo ). I'm tired of it............Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

What lousy weather
We have snow (with more on the way tonight) ice packed on the county roads.Official snow fall in Athol was 36" in less than 24 hours.High today was 7, could be a lot worse. Upside is, there will be a lot of for sale signs going up in the Spring. Last winter drove a lot of folks out.I'm sure more will follow after this storm.

We had a little ice Thursday night. Friday & Saturday didn't thaw much at all and we are expecting colder temps & wind Sunday. This could get interesting.

It was -2 this morning when I headed out and thought of all my ranchers who were out feeding cattle and breaking holes in the water ponds for them to drink. It has warmed up quite a bit to a blistering 22. Talked with my folks and they had 13 inches of snow and their wind chill was -32 this morning. I'm glad I moved out of Iowa.

We had 8" of snow yesterday and a forecast for flurries for today - uhhhhh, why do I have 9" of fresh stuff on my truck right now, the truck that was clear and clean last night? Temps are a balmy 20* but are supposed to go to zero or lower tonight. Sure am glad I put a new motor on the snow blower (too lazy to set up the tractor blower but might be forced to if this crud keeps falling). Where is Wooden Algore with his global warming lies when we need him??
My daughter who is moving back to the US from England today, is stuck until tomorrow in Chicago with the two grand kids, due to United Airlines canceling a bunch of flights to Albany, NY but will be here late tomorrow afternoon. Her hubby is stuck in San Antonio(where they will be moving in a couple of weeks) for the same reason. Oh well, they'll both make it for Xmas regardless(I hope)Dave W

I started to go out there yesterday but the chair was really comfortable, there were a few good old movies on, and the kids were baking cookies so the house smelled pretty good. I did go online and order all my engine parts for the Chevette and drove about 15 miles to pick up a set of 883 small block heads. That was about all the energy I could muster.
