I know only #1 without doing research. John Dillinger wrote a letter to Henry Ford extolling the virtues of the Ford V8 and how he could leave other cars in the dust.
I'm guessing that #5 was 1895.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.

I always thought it was Clyde Barrow that wrote Henry Ford extolling the virtues of the new V-8 Ford.

Yep. And I seem to move 1 thing and it displaces something else with 1/2 of that landing on the workbench and then I forgot where I was going with this other thing and I'll see something else that...
