Detective Rick Dukatz 1968 Camaro Project
The Cliff-Note version of this story is that this police officer was less then a year from retirement when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer. The cancer is believed to be from exposure to the chemicals released while meth is "cooked". The guys at Customs & Classics Restoration were trying to restore his 1968 Camaro for him to enjoy, but sadly he passed away before the car was finished. Chris and the guys at CCR are now trying to finish the car for his family and to display the the March 2009 Salt Lake City World of Wheels Autorama. These guys need more financial help for the parts need to complete the project for this officer's family. If anyone can do anything to help it would be greatly appreciated.
