If you go to that link this is part of the discription that caught my eye!, "Ford Australia cooks up a RWD four-door sedan with a 290 kW (390 HP) 5.4L Boss V8, the option of a 6-speed T56 manual or 4-speed auto, Brembo brakes, and 19" wheels......."

My best mate has the Typhoon ute version ( Australian for pick up ) of this Falcon with the 4lt turbo'ed inline 6. It produces just a tad under 500kw at the wheels and the only mods are a tune, 4in exhaust ( with hi flow cat ) and a Nismo induction kit.. It is by far the scariest car I have ever driven.. Wheels break loose at 130km/h when a little too much right foot is applied.. One guy down here is getting 650kw at the wheels, but he has had some major bottom end work done and spent big $$$$.
Go hard or go home.. or down the pub for a beer

Goold old fashioned scary fast fun, sure has been a few years since we've had that on this side of the pond...and then it was mostly caused by poor supension and skinny little bias ply tires!!!! Sounds like a blast!

i read a bit in the article, even at $52K I think there would be a market, though not a huge market, for the car over here... Somebody call Ford and tell them to wake up!!!!
