finally got mine like i want it. after countless hours of labor and more money than i care to add up. It went through alot of changes. But I love it and would not trade the labor on her that i spent for anything.

Looking good Barb! I thought you painted it red? Did you redo it black?

yes i did paint it back to black. and thanks for the compliment. it just did not look right to me red. it now has a mean growl with the glasspacks and it needed to look meaner to me. turns lots of heads now.

I love chrome but not on this car. The chrome had aged and gotten spots in it that would not come out. I checked into new chrome but too pricey on my car budget. I really like it all black.

Great on getting the Cobra on the road Malibu, and nice looking scoot John.

I’d forgotten about this thread, nice to see it brought back. I thinned my herd a bit this spring (and may do a bit more trimming in the near future), but here is my fleet.

These are the wife’s drivers, the 74 Mustang II with a 2.3 and 84 El Camino with a first Gen LT1.

My daily driver for the last year or so has been the 83 El Camino with the Monte nose and 500 Cadillac

And I still take the 57 Plymouth out on occasion (354 Hemi Tri-power 4 speed)

The 440 Powered 76 Dodge PU (1 of 70 Factory 440 short bed step sides 2WD built in 76) and 77 Mustang II (351W, 4 speed) pretty much just sit now (although both are licensed and insured).

And I’m down to just 2 projects. The 64 Ford and 37 Dodge.
