    Just a thought

     



    Admin. I was wondering if this format would allow you to limit the size of pictures like some "other" message boards. That way those huge by large pictures don't make the whole thread something you have to scroll across six pages to read. Also some people are still on dial up and can't even wait long enough for those big pictures to load. Thanks

    i try to post mine at 800X600 ... that fits my 15 inch screen fine .. now and then one may slip in bigger .. but yes i have dial up at home and it takes forever for big pics to load ..
    iv`e used up all my sick days at work .. can i call in dead ?

    Have forwarded your suggestion to Brent. Problem is that those pictures being posted are not being done as attachments and are being hosted elsewhere. Size limitations are going to be difficult to enforce in that case.

    Of they are too big, a mod should just delete them....after a while guys will catch on......

    Or you explain to the poster via PM or email that the pictures are too large and ask him(her) nicely to resize them. If at that time you get a snide or rude response, you can then forward that on to the moderators and report the post.
