What aguy has to do to get some respect! HE! HE!

Hey guys; You know how you always work hard and think no one has noticed.
Well I had a lady send me a e-mail and she wanted to know who I was, and how I came to mail to her address. We finally figured it out, seems her husband is one of the bosses at the company I work for in another part of the state. I told her who I was and that he probably won’t remember me, because I been out for 6 months due to health problems.
I would love to go back to work but the doctors
won’t let me, seem’s they don’t think I should work
    while taking Morphine for pain.
Anyway I didn’t really know what the guys have been saying since I’ve been out.
Now I know, and I thought they didn’t.
This is what she sent back to me. Kurt

Vinny does remember you and he said what a hard worker you are, told me about the time you had the I.V. hanging in your truck & doing a load of fuel. Crazy guy.....He speaks very highly of you!!! I hope you are going to be ok, he said you've been very sick? Please take care....I don't mind the emails at all, write anytime......

    Take care.....Cathy

You must have left a HUGE Impression on her husband, BUT w/an IV hanging in your truck while you work you'd be hard to forget......joe

    Wowzer Zowzer -

The whole I.V. thing is impressive, but seriously - what a nice gesture to have the wife of a co-worker take the time to let you know you're missed and that others wish you well.

Why do we wait for something to happen before we tell those we appreciate how much they mean to us? Ever been to a funeral and had some regrets that you, "just waited to long to tell someone that you loved them or cared for them?"

Good on ya Kurt. Get well and know that there's folks on this web site who have never looked you in the eye, but appreciate you for who you are!

    Regards,
    Glenn

Thanks Guys; You never know what might be said after your gone.
I thought maybe it would be said that I was just milking it though.
But I went to work till the doctors wouldn't let me.
And do you know why? I do like my job but that's not the reason.
I like Money, LOTS and LOTS of Money. And that's the truth.

Kurt, that is really special, and obviously you are pretty special too, not to mention dedicated. Hope you heal soon and can get back to normal

Of course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong!
