Not bad, and an unusual car to chop!!! Frontal area to me is out of proportion with the lowered lid.... maybe a bit off the front, or some sectioning..... A really good start on the car though!!!!!

That was a lot of hard work, it is really different. I kinda like it. The picture makes the green look like it is sponge painted.

In the world of Edsels it is a definate improvement. Never liked the Edsel, but that's probably because a psycho abusive uncle owned 7 of them! Still I shouldn't blame the car. They always were very unique looking! Do you have any shots from different angles or that show off the paint better? Nice work.

First, I like it because it's different. Second, I wonder if the largeness of the front end in that shot is mostly due to the perspective angle of the picture..? I'd like to see some more pictures of it from other angles. Lastly, whenever I see an Edsel I always have to smile... A friend of mine once remarked that it was the only car ever made with a vagina for a grille! Kind of put that image in my head forever I guess...

Great chop and custom job, but I have to agree with Dave about the front. Center grill area looks way out of place and is now the first place that draws your eye. Maybe that's what he wanted in the build.

i will try to find different angle pix of it. when my friend rolls up to a carshow the oldguys look disgusted when he pulls up in the edsel. the car was almost scrapped. but somebody convinced him to keep it and chop it. i want do something radical to a non desired car like that.

I kind'a like it. It does sort of make the grille look too big, though, at least in that shot. Nice to see someone take on a car that most ordinary folks turn their noses up at. Me, I always liked them.
