Looks like a neat truck for the off-roading crowd!!!! Just never got into the 4 wd stuff. Still like mine low and fast I guess.....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Kind of where I expected to see the lower control arm..... It's generally below the lower ball joint and works best parallel with the ground at ride height for street use....
I do wish they would have done without the plastic on the fenders and done all the widening with tin instead...sure would make for some really neat parts to hang on a chopped and dropped 2 wd with the 5.4 Supercharged engine!!!! Only thing, all the new trucks are so dang heavy, most of the power is ate up just getting the mass moving!!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

The listed curb weight is 5800 lbs, with less then 400 hp and torque in my world it rates in the "pooch" class.... anyway, as my post said, I would like the fender extensions in tin cuz it would make for neat bolt ons for a chopped and dropped 2wd version. I am aware of why the 4X4 crowd needs the plastic fenders, I'm just not in to the 4 wd stuff..... If you're into that kind of stuff, I'm sure it's wonderful.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Heck - even my '06 F350 has plastic fender extensions and as far off road as it ever goes is my driveway - but our usual snow here is what makes my 4x4 'fun'Dave W

Small quantities maybe, but I would have to get broken in gently to the hard core snow,a few days I wouldnt mind,but,yeah,3-4 months would be a bit much..Where we live is under the armpit of Mount Egmont,on the other side from John boy,who we havent seen on here for a while, but we dont get the snow down to this level, and we dont bother going up to look for it..
I would rather stay in the comparative warmth of where we are,you are welcome to your flurries..Micah 6:8
