    Happy Friday

Happy Friday night all! Got to celebrate with my first solid food in almost two weeks! Felt good to eat something other than soup and smoothies!

Steve, it's good to hear the diet has changed and you're doing better, hope you had a nice, thick steak with all the trimmings.

That's great Steve. Any improvement in sleep yet, or does it take a while to find out?

Mike - I wish it was steak, been craving one for a while. Have to start with soft stuff like fish and rice.
Don - I feel like I'm sleeping better, but still have a pretty swollen throat. Stitches still in there for another week and a half! Which also goes back to no tough foods until they come out. I guess they'll do a follow up study in the new year to see how and if the apnea is better. One thing for sure, no snoring or migraines since the operation, which is a big bonus!
Thanks for the kind words, hope you all have a great weekend!

Heck, just getting no more migraines is one heck of a gain!!!! Had a bad concussion years ago in a sprint car wreck, went through the migraine thing for about 3 years afterwards....still get them occasionally, but not very often...they do suck!!!!

Sounds good Steve, hope you are finished with the migraines, and can start sleeping better.

    Good luck to you

Thanks again Richard and Dave. It was a good feeling working on the f1 after so long a break today.
