My Thanksgiving started early!!! My nephew and his wife are up here from Texas, spent the day with them, my son (his 25th birthday today), his girlfriend, and my grandaughter!!!! Spent the day with them doing nothing more then looking at old pictures, drinking coffee, and eating Birthday cake!!!!!

Sounds like the way the Holiday was meant to be with family friends enjoying time spent together. Happy Birthday to your son. Hope they have a safe and trouble free trip home.

Yuppers Richard, that is what it's all about!!!! Now I have to do a bit of work tomorrow, then two big get-togethers on Thanksgiving Day!!! Should be a great time...

I should have read the fine print on our turkeys lable. apparantly it came from sunny southern California.

Dave,I was thinking that when I wrote it,but then,our local tribes were probably lucky the Germans or the Japanese didnt find the place first,they would have been wiped out to the last man...
Funny thing is,there is speculation on how the Maori race got here anyway,from the hill country of Taiwan,....
