    Monster Mutt!

So, after loosing one of our Great Dane Boys to Cancer, Wifie and I decided to try a strain developed in Russia.
They are as tall but much stockier and more Mastiff Looking.

There was a pix going around on the net of "Big George" who is suppose to weigh in a 245 and I got to looking at our 8 month three week old Goofus.
He's 189 lbs now and still growing like a weed. 21 cups of Kibble and three cups of canned and not an ounce of fat on him.

Wonder how he'll look in a year?

Are you the guy that is in the Burger King commercials with the tiny hands?
He is going to be a big boy when full grown. Sorry about your loss, we have recently had to put down our pit and our golden due to health issues. It is never easy, but you have to do what is right for you companions. Post some pictures when he has reached full growth.

Yeah, I think that if you do "Poop & Scoop" you'd need a shovel and a garbage bag.

Yeah, you guys are right....a pooper scooper needs hydraulic assist for this guy.
Best way to show the difference between the Russian and American is to show a normal American Dane to the left and the Russian to the right.
Keep in mind the Russian is a little less than 9 months old in this pix and still has a year worth of growing ahead of him.
(Neighbor lady didn't want her pix on the net...had to blank it out)

My baby boy Boxer is almost as big as the dane on the left.
And he still has another full year to grow.
But I did pick him because his Dad was so big.
The breeder I found had 4 big male Boxers and
One that dwarfed the others so I got one of his pups.
The breeder said he thinks my pup is gonna be bigger than
    his father is.
He is already standing about 3 inches taller then my other Boxer
with a year to grow bigger.
